The NGR 16 features 18 needles. The needle depth is adjustable from 1.5-2.7 mm in 0.05mm steps via a
thumb wheel. It allows needle depth adjustment on the fly. Single acting mechanism just one airline is required to operate the gripper. NGR 16 features a slot for an ICS 8 sensor to provide a needles retract signal.
Shown on the right is the EZ version designed for thin materials. It features thinner needles (0.7 mm) and a contoured sheet metal bracket.
